I would like to sincerely thank you for organising what was such a beautiful service for Steven. Everything went so smoothly. You were so accommodating, and you absolutely delivered on everything: choice of coffin, the flowers, the framed photo, your recommendation for David to be our celebrant, and all of the little things that, together, adds up to exceptional service.
