Hi John,

Thank you again for your support and organisation of Mum’s funeral. It was simple, dignified and comfortable. Exactly what Mum would have wanted and the experience was the same as it was 10 years ago when you helped us with Dad’s funeral.

Special thank you and appreciation for the beautiful flowers done by your wife. We brought them home and split them up into vases and shared some with my sister in law, Carmen, who was there with her partner Matt and her son Isaac, so they can enjoy the flowers and think of Mum during the week.

I also heard from the crematorium who have advised the ashes are ready so I’ll collect them shortly.

Hopefully we won’t need your services again soon but very much appreciate your support and help, it really makes a difference knowing you’re in our corner.
