John and Vicki are the most compassionate people when it comes to organising a funeral from start to finish.  Their genuine care and attention to detail not only makes the whole process seamless, but they go above and beyond what a generic funeral service would provide.  This is the second time we’ve used John to organise a family funeral and we will continue to use ‘Funerals of Compassion’ for any future ones as well.

Our uncle passed away suddenly so we were unprepared for getting arrangements sorted, however John was able to pull it all together in just over a week so that we were able to give him a beautiful send off.  It was a similar situation with my mother-in-law and John was there every step of the way, making sure she was well taken care of.  He kept us up to date with what was happening and worked with us in making both funerals exactly what we were hoping – actually exceeding our expectations.  That is the type of service you get with a family owned and run business.

We would like to thank John for his undivided attention throughout the organising process, making the impossible happen and his professionalism on the day.  We would also like to acknowledge the amazing job that Vicki did with the flower arrangements on both coffins and their staff for the wonderful service they also provided on the day.  We are forever grateful.

I would highly recommend using John & Vicki if you are wanting a more personal service from people that genuinely care about you and your family needs.
