On behalf of all my family and especially Mum. We thank you for how you not only helped us through our difficult time after loosing dad, but made everything simple and hassle free. The difference for me was you made us all feel special and loved. You acted as if you were one of the family rather than a business transaction. Your follow up was reassuring. I feel we have gained a friend in you.
