Dear John,

I would like to thank you sincerely so much for helping my family arrange Dad’s funeral. This time was so difficult for us and from the first point of contact to the day of the service you went above and beyond to make Dad’s send off memorable. Dad would have been so pleased. You showed compassion and respect and your service and expertise was truly professional. Please pass on thanks to everyone in your team. The flowers your wife did for dad’s casket were truly beautiful. Dad would have loved them.
