Dear John,

I wanted to write to you to again express my and my family’s gratitude and sincere appreciation for how you handled the funeral arrangements for my late Father, Donald John Hunter.

Everything was done ins such a respectful, kind and professional manner and everything went as we had hoped, in fact, better.
From the first moment we spoke on the telephone you were genuine, helpful and honest and in such a time of sadness and turmoil, this helped me and also helped the family as when we later met it was obvious that you not only were experienced and knew what you were doing, but had a kind heart and cared for how the family wanted to see Dad off.

With the greatest level of sincerity, please do accept my thanks for everything you’ve done for us. lt is a shame we met in such a sad way but you are a professional and you run your company with a level of care I have not seen for many years. The level of support with engaging the RSL, the flower arrangements, taking care of the booking and support with the AV equipment just made the day go perfectly.

I wish you all the very best in your future endeavours and hope your company continues on well in the future to help and support many other families who would be as touched as we were.
