“John, on behalf of my family I would like to express our gratitude for the beautiful send off you arranged for my brother, Glen. Every one who attended the funeral said that it was one of the loveliest they had been to. You made a very hard two weeks as easy as they could possibly be, taking care of every detail , quietly and efficiently, and accommodating all of our wishes. Nothing was too hard for you. Afterwards we felt proud of what we had organised, with your help, to say goodbye to Glen, and celebrate his life. This comforts us enormously at this very sad time. Thank you John from the very bottom of our hearts. You are indeed very good at what you do but above all you are a very kind and compassionate man. Thank you.”
