Dear John and Vicki

I would like to express our utmost gratitude not only for yesterday but for everything you’ve done over the last couple of days. The compassion you showed when dealing with Nikola and I in such difficult circumstances was a great comfort. Yesterday went without a glitch. The flowers Vicki arranged were stunning. The hearse was beautiful. David did a great job at the memorial. Your attention to detail and the respect you showed to our dad was touching and we will never forget it. What was truly an emotional and upsetting experience, was made easier by everyone’s kindness and most importantly professionalism from the beginning to the end. I can see that for you it is not just about doing the job, it’s just that you are kind, compassionate and caring people.
