Thank you so much for arranging all the details for my father’s service today. Please thank your wife for the very beautiful flower arrangement and your entire team. Your thoughtfulness throughout has been amazing and I truly appreciate it. I think it no accident that you came to speak to me and blocked the view between my mother and I on exit.

Thank you also for being so understanding re costs, although at the end of the day that pales into significance against the care you and your team provided.

Given all the circumstances, the service could not have gone better and my Dad had a beautiful day for it too, as he should have.
