Dearest Giovanni

Just want to say a big thank you for today. Your business name absolutely suits you perfectly. Throughout the day we felt comforted.

We came home and Sailesh said he had a great feeling with you right from the start over the phone. He had spoken to four others but got a good vibe from you.

This is a very sad and uneasy time for us and we very much appreciate your compassion during this time.

We didn’t feel rushed at any moment and felt comfortable carrying out our rituals as per our elders request. Thank you.

We also appreciate the small gestures like the tissues and mint. They came in handy. And we also appreciated you asking us if everything was ok through out the time there.

These sorts of gestures and compassion isn’t common in this busy world.

We thank you from our hearts for taking care of us and our Dad.

Please also thank your wife for the gorgeous flowers. It was nice of you to ask me to take them home as I would have otherwise felt it rude to ask. My home looks beautiful and bright now with flowers everywhere. Thank you.

Dear John and Vicki, David and other members of your team. You all made the Celebration of my son, Antony Healey’s life a smooth and easy transition. The smallest detail was attended to, tissues and water for all who attended, the care and consideration before, during and after was above and beyond, my family and friends cannot thank you all enough, if there was a rating for such things, you would get 20 out of 10.

I want you to know how appreciative I am for the lovely way in which you conducted my beautiful mums funeral. The flowers were OUTSTANDING. I am just so happy with them and received so many comments on how stunning they were. As far as coffins go, the coffin was beautiful also and am so happy we upgraded. Thank you so much. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have looked after my mum. Your staff were beautiful.

Sadly this is the second time we have had to use Funerals of Compassion in a little over two years. Our dad died recently and there was no question who we would use after my brothers funeral. John and his team arranged an excellent service for dad. Firstly a requiem mass at dad’s local church, and then a memorial service at the crematorium. It was just beautiful. Nothing was too hard. John was simply there for us, making sure we had everything dad and we wanted for his send off. Thank you John for your support of our family at this very difficult time. We really appreciate how far you went to make sure everything is perfect. You took all the stress out of the event and we could just concentrate on dad, which we loved. I’ve had lots of people ask for your contact details since then, so everyone noticed all the extra little things you arranged.

John, Bede and the Funerals of Compassion Family

Please do not think that this note is an afterthought – I deliberately and intentionally waited before dropping you a line to thank you for your wonderful professionalism, support, care and consideration, both before and after Carmel’s funeral.

I thought, by waiting a while I would be able to express my eternal gratitude in a meaningful way as I had hoped that the emotion of losing her would be less and I could put some words together which were appropriate, but alas, it is not so.

I will be forever in your dept for the professional way in which you advised as to the selection of the Coffin, the perfect balance of the flowers, of the choosing of the Mas Booklet and your ability to just relieve me of the need to do anything other than just accept your assistance.

I could not adequately describe how many people commented on the whole service, that it was just Carmel, perfect with nothing pretentious.

I had to unexpectedly plan my fathers funeral and two months to the date we had to plan my best friends mothers funeral.. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. You went above and beyond the services went smoothly no hick ups no stress. John you have been so good to both our family’s..
