Dear John, Rocco and all the Staff at Funerals of Compassion,

Thank you very much for your professionalism and your attention to detail with regards to our Mother May Mildred “Dolly” Jansen’s funeral. Your thoughtful words and caring nature was very much appreciated by our family. Everything was taken care of exactly as we requested.

You were so helpful and accommodating in every way possible, capturing the very essence and simplicity of Saroj. Your team handled the bigger than expected group of family and friends with compassionate understanding and so much class.

Thank you for a most remarkable and memorable service. At short notice, we were so grateful that you took care of every detail. We felt assured that our Mother was in good and caring hands. After the service, everyone was full of praise and we know she would have loved the celebration of her life.

Thank you for taking care of every detail with such compassion and respect. It was a really beautiful service and a lovely way to say farewell.

Hi John,

Thank you and Corinne, Vicki and Alissa so much for yesterday, it couldn’t have been better. So many people commented on what a lovely funeral it was.

So professional with a warm and caring touch. From sitting down with us initially to you walking the Hearse away from the Church-amazing.

Thank you too for Vicki’s beautiful flowers and the additional bouquets for the kids. Mum and I couldn’t imagine doing this funeral without you.

The moment we met you we knew our beautiful Mother was in good and loving hands. Your kindness and support for all of the family will never be forgotten. At a difficult time your professionalism was second to none. No problem was too great for you to overcome. Finding the “Peace Rose” for Mum was amazing as it has been a part of our lives for 60 years. Thanks Vicki for the stunningly beautiful flowers. Mum would have loved them. John, your efforts to find the right size casket for Mum was truly appreciated by all of us, your guidance towards Phil Slattery for Mum’s celebration and to Angela and Catarina for our liturgy booklets was so welcome and they are lovely professional people. Most of all we appreciated your care and love for us – involving us all the way and caring every day about us. Meeting Vicki, Corinne and Steve at Mum’s celebration enhanced our true respect and appreciation of you wonderful company “Funerals of Compassion” – so perfectly named.

Yesterday was a very fitting tribute to my Dad Giuseppe Florido he would have been honoured. Everything went so smoothly and you have been so respectful and supportive throughout this whole period. From the very first moment I spoke to you on the phone after Dad passed I have felt supported and I appreciate your personal touch. You kept me informed every step of the way and it helped being able to speak to you each day. The day you came to the house you gave us all the time we needed even though it was Sunday and a long drive for you. I am so glad we used your company for Dad’s funeral. Even Father Coleman commented that you did a great job!
