Just want to drop you a quick email on behalf of the Wang gang!

Our sincerest thanks to yourself, Vicki, and the entire team at Funerals of Compassion.

It was just so refreshing and pleasant talking to you, from the very first phone call, you’ve been nothing but genuine, helpful and compassionate.

You and your team really made the entire process so easy and seamless for my family. Everything from the paperwork, to the day of the service, was executed with the upmost care and professionalism.

Please pass on my gratitude to Vicki, the yellow and white flower arrangement was absolutely on point!

I do hope we won’t be touching base on such grim matters in the near future, however have no doubt I will recommend and always keep your heartfelt services in mind.

Dear John and the amazing funeral of compassion team,

On behalf of myself, John, Givoni, Kalvin and our extended family we want to express our most sincere gratitude for your support, your kindness and for your going above and beyond in all you have done for us, during what has been our darkest hours.

We had used your services earlier in 2018 for our dearest uncle, and we were very relieve to have had found a business that prided themselves having the highest of standards, a business that see customers with a caring and open heart, a team of passionate individual that honour our loved ones, and a team that maintain level of professionalism and attention to detail that reflects elegance in an impressionable time, for all this reasons when tragedy struck our family again there was no one else we could turn to.

We are truly grateful for honouring our beloved Marcus, thank you for supporting us all and for listening to all our requests both big and small and for helping us in our early days of healing by opening your chapel to our immediate family and for each opportunity you gave us to say goodbye to our beautiful beloved boy.

On behalf of the Vercoe family, I would like to express my sincere thanks to John and the team at Funerals of Compassion.

John provided my family with sincere support prior to and following the passing of my beloved grandfather. John took the time to understand my family and our wishes concerning the way we wanted to say ‘see you in a while’ to our Poppa. John was efficient and considerate in his undertaking of every task, making a difficult time much smoother.

And, on top of all else, John gave my grandmother (the deceased’s widow) the priority she deserved. This is something which isn’t always easy in a large family. Thank you John, your care and kindness has not gone un-noticed.

Thank you very much, John, for all that you did for our family over the past couple of weeks.

You conducted Shirley’s funeral service with dignity and solemnity. Many people commented on this. And, most importantly, you provided extraordinary support for Kim, Michael, Garry and me. In particular, Kim and I were most appreciative of the many kindnesses you showed us.

You were always available and amenable to our needs. Shirley’s funeral was truly a ‘funeral of compassion’. I wish you all the best in your ministry and you will remain in my prayers.

Sincere thanks to John and his team for the wonderful job they did looking after my dad, Geoffrey Mercer’s, funeral on Friday 28th September 2018 at Castlebrook.

I had obtained several quotes from various companies before calling John, not only was his quote the best but he was also the most genuine person I had dealt with.

The communication and support my family have received from John from that first call, up until today has been fantastic.

He didn’t try to sell us on, or guilt us into anything, there were no hidden costs and he made the process extremely simple and straight forward.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the celebrant, David was so good that several people thought he must have known Dad personally.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the send off they managed to give my Dad, it really was a beautiful service.

I can’t speak highly enough of John and the team at Funerals of Compassion and strongly recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone.

Dear John, Vicki and all your wonderful staff,

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all of your heartfelt efforts and guidance that you extended to us with the very recent passing of my beloved mother, Kathy Kotlar. Having not had the misfortune to have experienced the passing of a close loved one, you walked my family and myself through the difficult process with a personal touch that my mum would’ve appreciated and deserved.

From the 2 hour chat & humor on our first meeting, to the final stage we felt mum was in good hands. Thank you Vicki for listening to our requests for the floral arrangement and delivering a memorable colorful effort that we will always cherish.

We are grateful beyond words for all that you provided to us, right down to the tea and rocky road.

Dear John

My sisters Angela, Pauline, Patricia, Wendy and I want to thank you and your colleagues for your professionalism, kindness and respect in helping us farewell our mother, Marie. The funeral was a fitting farewell to her. Everything happened exactly according to plan on the day and was done to a high standard. The flowers were beautiful. We appreciate all you did to make it a memorable occasion.

You provided regular support in the period before the funeral and I do appreciate that.

Very rarely have I encountered an organisation that has far exceeded my expectations – on the occasion of my late husband’s funeral John and his colleagues did just that.

My husband had always insisted on a funeral with only immediate family present. This made it a fairly small gathering. None-the-less Funerals Of Compassion far exceeded what I thought the day would be like. They went the extra mile to make everything perfect. The funeral was flawless and the celebrant they organised took much of the pain from the day. His humour matched that of my late husband so his words struck a cord. I am extremely grateful to everyone from Funerals Of Compassion. They are the consummate professionals. My heart felt thanks to John and his wonderful staff.
