Dear John and Vicki

On behalf of my wife Lidia and my family and I wanted to say thank you so much for your assistance with the arrangement of my father, virtfenzo Manfre’s funeral last Friday.

Whilst my father had not been well his passing was still a shock to us all and I was not prepared for the task of arranging his farewell. I am so glad we were able to work with you both to ensure his send-off was exactly how he would have wanted.

From our very first contact I knew I was in the right hands as you steered rne through the process.
You were prompt and punctual with all your communication and kept me updated at all times. The extra services you provided from arranging the viewing, the service format, booklets, photo montage, and all the small details that are required were handled so professionally and eased any stress involved. I would like to make special mention of the flowers Vicki arranged, they were spectacular, and I have arranged to have some professionally preserved.

Our extended family and friends shared how beautiful the service was and made special mention of Father Matthew Solomon and the vocal support of pianist.

It was an emotional day for us all, but I was comforted knowing that your staff would ensure every detail was perfect, and it was.

Your level of empathy, compassion and understanding every step of the way was more than I expected and helped me, and my family get through one of the most difficult times.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your services and give permission for my feedback to be shared.

My beautiful mum passed away on the 28th May this year.

John was amazing I had my dad in hospital between life and death at the same time and I was very alone, John was like a family member he never misses a phone call day or night I’m not sure he sleeps much but I know this, John was there for everything as a social worker you know how vulnerable people can be he never left my side.

My mother’s service was flawless I remember standing out of the front of our family home when he pulled up with mum.

In the most beautiful light of the day what I saw took my breath away.

All that I asked for and more, I covered mums coffin on red roses Vicki his wife is a florist and the roses were magnificent they were still alive and thriving on her grave.

 I know this people will never remember what you say but they will always remember how you made them feel mums peaceful passing from this world was matched by a service fit for a queen.

If you are after compassion empathy integrity and sheer love these are the people you need.

Dear John,

I would like to thank you and Vicki for the efficient and compassionate way in which you conducted Malcolm’s funeral.

From the first day you instilled confidence and were respectful in the way you spoke to us. The chapel and catering were arranged promptly and we were able to meet with Macquarie Park the next day regarding a site in Eucalypt Grove for Malcolm.

The Australian wild flowers arranged by Vicki were better than we could have imagined and it fitted in with John’s reminiscence of the times in the bush. Everything at the funeral occurred with a great deal of grace and dignity by you and your team.

Dear John,

I want to thank you, Vicki and your staff for the wonderful service you provided for Mum.  From our initial meeting, you took care of things in a compassionate and caring manner.  Your recommendation of David to conduct the service was more than I could have hoped for as he made it so personal.  Everyone who watched the livestreaming agreed with those of us attending, that everything was done beautifully and Vicki’s flowers were absolutely stunning.  I am still enjoying them at home.

I know that my Father was looking over us when the usual funeral providers could not accommodate the dates for my Dad’s funeral. I was given John and Vicki’s contact details and everything from then seemed to just come together at such a difficult time. Everything was perfect – the casket was fully imported from Italy, the red roses abundant, bright, full and fresh, the booklets, the cross, the professional and caring drivers, the ladies at the church, the organised singer and of course John being extremely caring and professional etc. Although a difficult day, I know that my Dad would have been pleased as the day represented him. Those that attended from near and far commented that it was a graceful and beautiful service.

Thank You John and team, you made a difficult day be filled with love, caring and grace.

Mark and his team were helping us organising our mums funeral without fuss, without preasure and with just the right advise and support we needed. Our funeral was web-casted and many people from Europe and South America commented on how well the funeral seemed to have been prepared, the compassion of the conviener and services provided. I had never had to organise a funeral before, so dealing with “professionals” in this field was daunting at first. But Mark and his very capable team delivered well above expectations.
